As we look to the future, we are seeking a world-class Chief Information Security Officer based at our headquarters in Singapore and reporting to the Chief Information Office (CIO). The Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for the protection with regards to confidentiality, integrity and availability of all aspects of the business information. He/she defines and oversee implementation of information security policy and risk management program for the company. These activities may include training others for security awareness, purchasing security products, planning for and managing disaster recovery, developing secure business and communication practices, and ensuring all policies are followed. In addition, chief information security officer must ensure that security breaches are reported and handled timely and transparently.




  • Manage the development and implementation of security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance and audit of information security.
  • Lead strategic and operational risk management activities to enhance the value of the company and brand.
  • Advise the CIO about appropriate security policy and implementation for the organization. Maintains an information security road map to improve the security posture of the organization.
  • Guide local information security officer and coordinators who safeguard the company’s assets, intellectual property and computer systems.
  • Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
  • Reviews and approves network security architecture, network access and monitoring policies, employee education and awareness, and more.
  • Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management.
  • Monitors and oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of information security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
  • Work with internal and external consultants as appropriate for independent security audits.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the various business units (and subsidiaries) involved with Information Security matters.
  • Ensure current understanding and knowledge is retained within company related to the latest developments in the information security field; ensure information security strategy is aligned with societal and business changes related to ethics, values, morals, and attitudes with an eye toward changes that the company should make in response to these developments.
  • Facilitate development of DR and BCP plan with the business





  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 15 years of IT experience required, focused on the Network, data and infrastructure security
  3. Progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in information security; experience with developing and maintaining information security policies; knowledge of information security and compliance related issues involving local laws and regulation
  4. Experience with implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plan involving business operation distributed over multiple countries
  5. Having gone through several change management initiatives with implementation of security policies and other enterprise business projects
  6. Possesses certification in CISSP, CEH, CISM, CRISC or related
