Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage company financial model to track, monitor, and support debt issuances, debt services, covenant compliance and capital structure management   
  • Lead execution of debt issuance and credit facilities, evaluate existing and alternative financing arrangements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, and other external financing agencies.
  • Own reporting of the balance sheet including debt portfolio, debt compliance process, and SEC related reporting.
  • Analyze the company's interest rate and other financial risk exposures and recommend hedging strategies to mitigate.
  • Serve as Treasury lead in M&A transactions, coordinate due diligence and integration.
  • Work closely with VP Treasury and Treasury Director in preparing executive level presentations & reports, build/mange treasury analytics dashboards.
  • Lead internal strategic and operational treasury initiatives,
  • Engage with the broader FP&A, Accounting, and Internal Audit community by supporting quarterly reviews and forecasting processes
     

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated understanding of general corporate finance, valuation and accounting subject matter
  • Relevant project management experience involving internal / external parties with defined timelines
  • Excellent and proactive communication abilities (both written and oral)
  • Deep financial modeling experience and capabilities
  • Advanced experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and creative problem solving abilities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to take initiative

 

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years’ prior work experience in Finance (FP&A + Investment Banking/Consulting/Big4)
  • Experience and understanding of debt instruments (term loan, convertibles, commercial paper), investment products, foreign exchange and derivative contracts.
  • Prior experience with M&A transactions strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services preferred
  • Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, research capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
  • Strong and demonstrated teaming skills, especially in cross-functional teams
  • Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of people management experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
