Administrative Assistant – Office of the CEO

 

SunPower is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic administrative assistant who enjoys collaborating, working in a fast-paced environment and cares deeply for the company mission and the day-to-day activities of a busy CEO. This position requires an individual who has a positive attitude and sense of humor, is resourceful, pro-active, and has excellent organization and communication skills.  This role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and will work together with them to provide exceptional service to the CEO, employees, the Board of Directors, and external customers and stakeholders

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s Office
  • Responsible to manage and maintain the CEO’s busy and ever-changing calendar
  • Coordinate extensive travel, submit expense reports, purchase requisitions, and track invoices.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Provide support during events and meetings, helping to ensure the CEO is prepared and on-time
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects and event planning
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sr. Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support of the CEO’s priorities
  • Act as an internal and external liaison by serving as the first line of contact and responding to requests in a respectful and professional manner
  • Coordinates and works closely with the Executive Admin Team, providing and receiving support to each other
  • Additional responsibilities as directed or assigned

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree and 5+ years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.

  • Adept as a team player with a positive demeanor
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
