SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

SunPower Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor for the post-sales North America East & West Region residential market. The Project Supervisor will provide best in class customer care for internal and external customers. The Project Supervisor will manage various projects and escalations and will work with internal business stakeholders to determine best practices.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

 

  • Analyze Inspection Reports and provide feedback to external and internal customers for system improvements.
  • Manage relationship with dealers, executing performance plans
  • Create Biweekly reports identifying field issues and root cause
  • Assist with customer and dealer escalations
  • Provide monthly production reports to external customers

 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum requirements - The least amount of skills and training candidates must have to do a specific job.  Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be hired for this position.

 

  • Minimum 2 years Issue to Resolution experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Residential Solar experience
  • Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers and vendors
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision with a customer service focus.
  • Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 

Preferred requirements

 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Extensive knowledge in the Design, Construction, Installations, Operations and Maintenance

  • This position is temporary position with opportunity for Full-Time employment
  • Positioned will be based in Austin Texas with 20% travel
