As member of the Residential Product Management team, the Product Manager of Residential systems will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and other key stakeholders to drive products from initial concept to launch. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product(s).
- Contribute to the residential product roadmap
- Conduct in depth market and customer research
- Synthesize customer needs into detailed and actionable product requirements
- Create competitive analyses
- Identify product/feature value propositions and differentiation opportunities
- Serve as the central resource with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales as products move through the product lifecycle
- Manage initiatives to improve product market share, gross margin, and revenue
Minimum Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Engineering and 4-6 years of related domain experience or MS / MBA and 2+ years of related domain experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and years of related domain experience
