SUMMARY OF ROLE

To responsible for overall Facility Operation for Plant Expansion project.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Required to work with Facility Operation, Maintenance Team & Facility System Owner to manage overall project expansion plan
  2. To lead the expansion team to accomplish company’s defined project within the set timeline
  3. To execute cost expenses within approved budget.
  4. Manage Facility outsourced team.

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility position. 
  3. Preferably experienced in Project Management in Semiconductor or wafer fab environment
  4. Candidate must have knowledge & skills in Autocad, Engineering structural design and build, mechanics in fluid & thermodynamics application, building design and build.
  5. Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word to maintain varies budget, expense report and presentation report.
  6. Candidate must have good command in English to communicate with vendors and plant from other countries.
  7. Candidate must be result-driven, aggressive in execution of task and cost-centric.
  8. Experience in plant expansion is a plus.
