Job Title        : Warehouse LOG Trainee

Reports To    : Warehouse Staff Executive

Section          : Warehouse

Staff Level     : Trainee

Overall Function:             


Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Ensure all  material incoming are in compliance with the Receiving SOP
  2. Assist on planning and scheduling the correct and timely replenishments of material to MFG.
  3. Ensure materials issuance are accurately delivered to the end users.
  4. Assist to ensure efficient, effective, and safe delivery operations.
  5. Assist in Daily Cycle Count Program in coordination with SPMY finance department.
  6. Ensuring the compliance of FIFO process during all issuance of all materials.
  7. Assures that materials, parts and assemblies are stored in an efficient manner, and that shipments are prepared in accordance with company specifications also the need to maintain the physical material locations in the ORACLE and physically in the warehouse.
  8. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality in job accomplished.
  9. Performs other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.

•             Qualification: 


-              Minimum Diploma or Degree related to Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
