SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

SunPower is seeking for a Marketing Operations Specialist - Commercial reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager. The Marketing Operations Specialist - COM will be responsible for marketing-related tasks, campaign and event support, data analytics and lead generation.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

 

DATA ANALYTICS, LEAD MANAGEMENT AND GENERATION

  • Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of lead database, data mining, and general database building and management.
  • Update systems to help determine Marketing Qualified leads, assist sales program and dealer assignments.
  • Regular data cleansing activity, data research and health check, contact list management, data loading and analytics
  • Monitoring, tracking, and lead issue reporting for issue resolution and process improvements.
     
     

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Work in partnership with Campaign Marketing leaders to develop marketing campaigns by providing backend support and related operational tasks.
     
     
  • Assist with campaign documentation, email communication, event preparation, lead entry and tracking and sending regular campaign reports.

MARKETING OPERATIONS

  • Reviews and monitor all marketing and promotional materials in SPWR Dealer Store (MRC).
  • Management of marketing program guidelines and approval process to ensure consistency in process flows and delivery.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files and resources, such as Marketing tool registrations, page creation, product pages and other related marketing materials.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Knowledge in managing different programs and reward administration
  • Background on using CMS platform and creation of marketing collaterals (preferable)
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities with highly effective follow through skills;
