SunPower is seeking for a Senior Analyst for Financing Support to support servicing that will include review and validation of documents submitted by dealers/partners as part of dealer payment requirements for Dealer HIC and other programs under Financing Support responsibilities.  The Senior Analyst for Financing Support reports to the Financing Support Manager and will be responsible to process activities according to the standard procedure.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):


  • Perform operational servicing functions, such as validation and reviewing of documents
  • Identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans pertaining to Dealer HIC and Loan Servicing
  • Perform system, process improvement and quality assurance activities
  • Maintain production data integrity for the portfolio
  • Approval and Rejection of documents submitted
  • Work closely with other Financial Services Operations group to assess and review impact of change in the process if any and coordinate team delivery
  • Proactively report any exceptions or issues encountered and be able to provide suggestions        
  • Develop and/or update process document, policy document and work instructions as it relates to the process
  • Participate in special projects and perform related duties as assigned
  • Prepare and communicate daily/weekly /monthly reports




Minimum requirements

  • Any 4-year degree course. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related Finance Industry Experience is a plus
  • At least 2-year experience in a similar position
  • Background in Salesforce as the operating system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong MS Excel skills
  • Analytical and keen to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as, time management and organization skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with various stakeholders and teams.  Ability to make quality, independent decisions, as well as, the ability to collaborate effectively with other analysts, team leaders and managers
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
  • Team player with high energy, a positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative
  • Be able to work in an open, fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail and a hard-working, can-do attitude
  • With no record of deliberate violation of any SPWR-ROHQ programs, policies and guidelines




  • Location: ROHQ
  • This is an FTE position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
  • Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
  • Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires
