SunPower is seeking a Lien Operations Senior Analyst.  The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Operations Manager and will perform functions related to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Public Utilities Commission (PUC) Lien filings for the applicable SPWR Portfolio of managed assets. 



  • Filing of Security Lien (UCC- State, County & PUC) for managed assets
  • Monitor status of filings and coordinate with Austin resource for required support to validate status of filings
  • Document Management of Accepted Filings + Rejection Notices received from Recording Offices
  • Recommend System (Lien Machine) and Process Improvements
  • Identify issues with the system and provide details to Lien Operations SME
  • Perform UAT for all system enhancements
  • Perform Prod testing after any change release and system upgrade
  • Coordinate with Payments Team for proper accounting of Lien Filing Payments and Refunds
  • Other duties as required to support team objectives




Minimum requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience with Strong technical and analytical skills required
  • Work experience in Infrastructure, System and Functional Software development
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, including objects, fields, formulas, workflows, custom list, and application integration
  • Strong ability to adapt to change: independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction
  • Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Quick to learn and to retain new information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and staff
  • Organized approach and able to work under pressure and Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume production support environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Must be willing to explore into the deepest levels of detail to understand current software nuances and troubleshoot defects that impact them
  • Must be able to distill critical problems and recommendations for business stakeholders to diligently test all use cases for software changes
  • Core work schedule is NA shift, with shifting hours depending on the projects and issues being addressed




  • Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
  • Willing to travel to the US as needed
  • Willing to be flexible in work shift
