SunPower is seeking an SME with strong Financial and Analytical background to support the company’s Financial Product Pricing scope of work. The Reporting and Reconciliation SME will report to Reporting and Reconciliation Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for the financial products in SunPower’s US Residential portfolio. 



  • Coordinate closely with sales to determine when regional changes are required to pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Perform analysis on the economics of the various products and develop report templates to manage the business. 
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the pricing architecture of SunPower’s residential financial products and their associate economics. 
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and metrics to drive business decisions. 
  • Develop reports to be used to measure and evaluate the profitability of SunPower’s residential financial products and support business forecasting and establish proper cadence for delivery
  • Liaise with sales management and Financial Product Team to control pricing incentives across partners, geographic regions, and utilities.
  • Coordinate closely with Financial Product Pricing Associate to develop pricing strategies for rollout of new products and existing SunPower product offerings.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate price changes across different markets and products, while ensuring compliance with SOX and investor covenants
  • Other duties as required to support team objectives.




Minimum requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience with Strong technical and analytical skills required
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence tools and Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; Advanced Excel skill is required, experience with Access a plus
  • Preferably has a background in the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong ability to adapt to change: independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction
  • Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Quick to learn and to retain new information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and staff
  • Organized approach and able to work under pressure and Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume production support environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Must be willing to explore into the deepest levels of detail to understand current software nuances and troubleshoot defects that impact them
  • Must be able to distill critical problems and recommendations for business stakeholders to diligently test all use cases for software changes
  • Core work schedule is NA shift, with shifting hours depending on the projects and issues being addressed




  • Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
  • Willing to travel to the US as needed
  • Willing to be flexible in work shift
