The position will provide data for Project Coordinators to help proactively communicate with homeowners and expedite projects through the pipeline by identifying bottlenecks and help resolve issues with owners




  • Coordinate with internal teams in different departments on issue resolution and prioritization
  • Compile and organize project updates, details, and schedules in a dashboard to track progress and focus areas
  • Effectively managing time by prioritizing urgent tasks relevant to completion of project timelines
  • Demonstrates proficient use and knowledge of established standards and procedures
  • Perform all responsibilities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned
  • Comply at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Company Quality standards, rules and regulations




Minimum requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Construction management
  • 3+ years of experience in project or construction
  • Experience with working remotely in a virtual environment
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
  • Proven customer service background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM and/or project management software




  • Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna
  • Candidate must be willing to work night shift, on holidays and render overtime as business requires
  • This is a full-time position
