Project-Based Consolidations Accountant



This position reports to the Corporate Accounting Services Manager under the Global Business & Finance Services (GBFS) organization.



  • Assists the running of the global company consolidation during month end close
  • Prepares manual journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned/ needed
  • Collaborates with the business improvement & transformation team to continue to develop world class accounting processes and drive faster monthly/ quarterly close process.
  • Provides timely and accurate accounting information to internal customers on ad hoc basis.
  • Supports the implementation of procedures to ensure proper accounting and controls of certain financial information.
  • Completes process documentation and ensures SOX 404 compliance for functional area of responsibility.




Minimum requirements

Educational:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.


Preferred requirements

  • Oracle R12 experience, a plus
  • Ability to work well on large and small multicultural global cross-functional teams required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
  • Flexible to attain deadlines in a fast pace environment.
