The position will be responsible to track, document and update CRM with Project Support, creates, executes, and updates reports, and serves as focal person for Rebates and Interconnection, Project Support.





  • Scheduling and System Installation Checklist), Rebates and Interconnection requirements
  • Rebates Form Creation for claim (NHSP SO, NHSP 2 and CFlRPV).
  • Verify and Update PV ID #, HERS Registry & EE Code fields in SFDC Search and verify home using SMS Monitoring System.
  • Coordination of failed inspection homes.
  • Residential Inspection Mailbox Administrator.
  • Work with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to address requirements.
  • Receive Customer Information, update CRM and project files.
  • Coordinate Utility Interconnection Application details with Customer via email
  • Follow up and track customer utility information for applications, document in CRM.
  • Work with Project & Construction Management to address field requirements.
  • Monitor and update information in Salesforce for lots that require interconnection paperwork
  • Validate data for each lot against SLDs, reservations, and SF, escalate issues
  • Documents all processes and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned





Minimum requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline preferably Industrial Engineering degree
  • Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SalesForce) systems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fluent in English
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and coordinate with global team members
  • Ability to work in a highly adaptable, very dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including telephone skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff across divisions
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and effectively communicate prioritization decisions
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently




  • Location: ROHQ
  • This is an FTE position
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
  • Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
  • Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
