SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

The Project Administration Team Lead will be responsible for overall strategic supervision and monitoring of the team, people development and alignment of goals to meet business objectives. Motivates team members, assesses performance, and provide guidance. The position requires knowledge of the Rebates and Interconnection Coordination processes in Residential business.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments and Customers
  • Define and implement standardized and optimized workflows to support Project Administration processes, eliminating inefficiencies and failure points within the current process
  • Provide annual and quarterly goals of the team, and make sure it’s being monitored
  • Responsible for daily performance monitoring to meet goals or defined metrics/SLA
  • Provide RCCA for metrics not meeting SLA
  • Maintain quality of work control to ensure services fulfill customer needs
  • Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and administering back-up plan for business continuity
  • Keep abreast of current changes and trends in Utilities requirements for Rebates & Incentives and Interconnection and cascade to team members accordingly
  • Monitor incentive requests, contractual and incentive milestone dates, tasks, and status, and communicates the status on a regular basis to all stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues on a timely manner and communicate to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct training, coaching, performance evaluation and development plan
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Accounting, Engineering, and/or Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in BPO or shared services organization with focus in customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Applications skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership and supervisory skills required
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple task and attention to detail
  • Effective Problem-Solving capabilities

 

Preferred requirements

 

-      Technology savvy and knowledge in using CRM and ERP system

-      Project management skills and experience in the use of problem-solving tools such as 5Whys,    RCCA or 8D

               

 

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION

 

  • Location: ROHQ
  • This is an FTE position
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
  • Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
  • Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
