Job Responsibilities


  • Overall strategic supervision of the team
  • Provides annual and quarterly goals of the team, and makes sure that these are being monitored on a periodic basis
  • Daily or weekly monitoring of defined metrics
  • Provides RCCA for metrics not meeting the SLA
  • Maintains quality of work control and ensure that its products and services are fulfilling the customer’s needs
  • Coaching to individuals through regular one-on-one meetings
  • Provide and implement ideas that would improve the efficiency of the team
  • Updates process documents based on the changing environment
  • Management reports
  • Leads meetings, operational and internal to the team
  • Leads the team in executing new process and controls, and conducts trainings
  • Drafts and updates work procedure and process flow charts
  • Supervises the team and responds to escalations on process issues, product lead time and supply allocation
  • Communicates effectively with other department such as Sales Operations, Purchasing, Factory, Planning and Logistics to meet customer’s requirements and needs
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of the Order Fulfillment Team
  • Leads supply transfers from factory to local warehouses including close coordination and communication with Modco Mexico.
  • Manage and approve Pre-positioned Inventory (PPI) allocation replenishment outside E2PR’s proposal
  • Review and assess Supply and Demand Gap on a daily basis
  • Spearhead automation projects that will decrease workload and increase efficiency of the team
    Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in supply chain, industrial engineering, accounting, finance, or business management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, finance or order fulfillment
  • Ability to be extremely proactive and drive for results
  • Ability to be flexible and go beyond the everyday job requirements to get problem solved
  • Ability to solve issues independently, but prioritizes and escalates appropriate issues when necessary
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications, Proficiency in an ERP application such as Oracle or SAP, and E2PR
  • Ability to handle multiple task under tight deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization
  • With no records of deliberate violation of any SunPower programs, Policies and guidelines
  • Must be willing to work on night shift
