Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Update and manage Business Development Tracker
    1. Add and maintain Account information, Opportunity information and Business Development calendar
  2. Customer outreach
    1. Call potential customers
    2. Communicate feedback from customers to internal teams
    3. Find decision makers for O&M services
    4. Set up meeting with business development team
  3. Proposal follow up
    1. Follow up with customers after proposals are sent
  1. Manage templates for proposals, emails and sales meetings
  2. Complete proposals for RFPs
    1. Build and maintain a checklist of requirements to complete each proposal
  3. Follow up with internal parties with assignments to complete proposals
  4. Develop PowerPoint template for sales meetings
  5. Market intelligence
    1. Track new projects in development and transactions of existing projects
    2. Track changes to competitor positioning
      • Assets under management
      • M&A activity
      • New service offerings
      • Entry and exits of markets
  6. Conference preparation
    1. Set up meetings with customers prior to conferences
    2. Organize logistics for booth setup
  7. Maintain knowledge base from lessons learned on each opportunity

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience

Language Skills

  • Extremely strong English speaking and writing

Other Requirements:

  • Power user in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong verbal/written communication, analytical, organizational, & time management skills
  • Well-developed professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, customers and vendors
  • Operationally focused, highly motivated, self-starter who is committed to excellence
  • Enthusiasm for working with and directing cross-departmental and cross-functional teams, including internationally, to create improvements or solve issues
  • Meticulous and critical thinking in identifying discrepancies and errors in various documents
  • Willing to work on night shift

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Day to day activities will vary based on project load, must be able to create and manage own schedule
