SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking for a Marketing Operations Specialist reporting to the Marketing Operations Team Lead. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for marketing-related tasks, dealer programs, lead management and reward fulfillment administration.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
MARKETING OPERATIONS
- Work with key stakeholders of Marketing to manage program activities, reports and analytics
- Assist RSMs and Dealers on Customer Acquisition Program and Marketing Onboarding needs
- Work with Marketing vendors to manage funding request, invoice payment and reward administration
- Manage Marketing tools, Dealer Program inquiries, Dealer store inventory and stocks
- Manage report on cost recovery, revenue recognition, spend analysis to Accounting timely
- Organize and maintain Marketing files and resources. Generate ad hoc data analysis, program monitoring and historical as needed
- Frontline support for Customer and Dealer inquiries via incoming calls and ensures resolution, timeliness and accuracy of information of assigned Marketing cases
- Any other duties as required that is commensurate with the role


LEAD MANAGEMENT
- Assist with Residential and New Homes lead generation programs, including refinement of lead database, building and maintenance.
- Monitoring, tracking, and lead issue reporting for issue resolution and process improvements.


CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Work in partnership with Campaign Marketing leaders to develop marketing campaigns by providing backend support and related operational tasks.
- Assist with campaign documentation, email communication, lead entry and tracking and sending regular campaign reports.
- Manage Alliance Partners event logistics coordination with Dealers


RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field with at least minimum of 2 years’ experience in Call Center/BPO industry dealing in product and services support
- Experience in communicating with North American customers
- Experience in data analysis and reporting; with excellent presentation skills
- Adaptable to changes in project scope, and a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work well across department, strong interpersonal skills, ability to think independently and follow-through effectively; resourceful
- Process oriented and has the ability to understand marketing principles and reinforce it
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities with highly effective follow through skills;
- Proactive about improving processes
- Knowledge in basic Accounting principles is a plus
