  • Prepare Intercompany Receivable and Intercompany Payable detailed reconciliation to tie out with Subledger and Trial Balance
  • Assists / back up support in the preparation of worldwide intercompany dashboard reports
  • Monitor and liaise processing intercompany settlements
  • Reviews and interprets Intercompany reporting requirements, rules and regulations
  • Prepare flux movements for Legal Entity Review and Cycle Reviews
  • Review and validate Intercompany transactions to ensure proper Business unit
  • Balances books and prepares adjustments to intercompany accounts
  • Assist in providing audit requirements
  • May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders. May be involved in reviewing, tracking, and maintaining billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations.
  • Ensures compliance to SOX Procedure in daily activities
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations




Minimum requirements

Educational:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or equivalent MBA. Other out of country designations may be considered.

Experience:  Minimum of 3 years total experience


  • Ability to work well on large and small multicultural global cross-functional teams required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.


Preferred requirements

Educational:  Certified Public Accountant


  • Required at least 3 years of practical hands on experience on required duties per above
  • External audit experience is a plus

Skills: Hands on and detailed Oracle R12 experience
