Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Helps to Develop and Maintain an enterprise workstation imaging / deployment methodology
  2. Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of the Microsoft SCCM Platform.
  3. Oversee group policy including review of existing policies and proposed changes
  4. Create and manage application deployment objects for new and existing software
  5. Establish and maintain Software Library
  6. Helps deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis
  7. Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolution and general workstation management support
  8. Provide 3rd level support for local Desktop Support Operations
  9. Work with key platform vendors for support to resolve issues as well as platform strategy development
  10. Coordinate applications release with ITAM, GIS and Stakeholder
  11. Liaise with Global Information Security Team to ensure compliancy and address vulnerabilities in our environment
  12. Provide technical assistance to support groups as needed
  13. Monitor Microsoft SCCM Platform health and mitigate identified problems
  14. Document Management for the team
  15. Work on special projects as needed

 

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any Computer related course or equivalent
  2. 1 year experience working as SCCM Administrator for a global organization is a plus
  3. 5 years’ solid experience as a Desktop Support Engineer

 

  1. A+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
  2. Knowledgeable in SQL writing and querying is a plus
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft network environment.
  4. Strong diagnostic capabilities and solid problem solving skills.
  5. Possess strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexibility and an ability to multitask is needed. 
  7. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent oral and written English skills are required.
  8. Must be available to work off-business hours when required.
  9. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  10. Willing to work in Sta.Rosa, Laguna
  11. Full-Time position available.
