SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

SunPower is seeking for an Application Solutions – Digital Support Senior Analyst who will provide support for SPWR internal users, SPWR dealers and platform / product development team concerning all digital product and platform. The Application Solutions – Digital Support Senior Analyst reports to the Application Solutions Department Manager, will be responsible in making sure that the application is available to all supported users in the organization during the required hours of operation.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work on Level III escalated cases for resolution or proper endorsement to Product owners.
  • Work with clients and Digital team in the User Acceptance Testing for validation of solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues or request.
  • Participate in product and knowledge trainings, and realignment meetings to enhance and further develop technical skills needed to maintain an understanding and expertise in the functionalities of Digital Application and how it is used within the organization.
  • Collaborate with various business segments within the organization about process streamlining which involves Digital Application.
  • Perform Ad Hoc tasks as provided by management.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.

 

 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related courses or, similar working experience in the related field.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the use of Digital and/or CRM Tools with at least 2 – 5 years platform administration experience
  • Customer focused attitude with ability to ask pertinent questions to understand the root cause of the issues and identify the business impact to drive priority and response plan.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on experience on system development, maintenance and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Languages: English, Filipino

 

Preferred requirements

 

  • Requires subject matter knowledge of digital application and CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge with API integrations
  • Experience on platform development tools such as VF pages, apex, process builders
  • Experience on web-based technologies like HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Working knowledge on database development, testing, and integration methodologies.
  • Understanding of agile methodology—standards and procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry related technology and applications

 

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION

 

  • Location: ROHQ
  • This is an FTE position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna. Remote work may be required by the company.
  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
  • Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
  • Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires
  • Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
