SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

To support day to day transaction to deliver the requirement for Fusion and perform on a daily basis vendor invoice processing and vendor invoice issue resolution for North America entities of SunPower.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support close activities for the AP module in Oracle on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Coordinate with Sunpower employees for the expense allocation of Pcard and Amex charges
  • Responsible for the preparation of AP schedules to reconcile AP against the vendor’s Statement of Account.
  • Ensures SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance for Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by her superior concerning AP and other reporting requirements

 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

 

Minimum requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Accounting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  
  • Can work well in a multi-cultural environment and at different levels of the organization
  • Aggressive/strong personality & highly analytical
  • Keen to details and well-organized
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Highly organized and attentive to details.
  • With thorough knowledge in Oracle application would be a plus factor.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage

 

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION

 

  • Location: ROHQ
  • This is a project-based employment
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
  • Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
  • Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
