SunPower is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Cash Management team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will support SunPower's Asset Management Services organization and work closely with internal and external business partners to deliver best-in-class service for a wide range of treasury-related matters. This includes analyzing and interpreting financial data, routine and ad-hoc reporting, assisting with the development of cash management solutions, executing payments and transfers, and much more!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/treasury systems and fees
  • Execute wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance the company's daily cash position and to meet the needs of our internal and external business partners
  • Prepare complex reports and maintain detailed records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources
  • Critically evaluate routine processes and drive meaningful changes that lead to constant innovation and improvement
  • Be an integral part of implementing new treasury management system
  • Monitor bank account balances and interface with banking partners to resolve issues or implement new products
  • Evaluate new banking products and services

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and project simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to drive best-in-class service to our internal and external business partners
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, solar markets, and related regulatory issues is a plus but is not required
  • Advanced excel skills (VBA, Power Query, etc.) are a plus. More important is the desire and drive to learn and expand these skills!
  • Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere where requirements will quickly change
  • Based in Austin, TX
