Description
The Technical Candidate Sourcer provides services to the Talent Acquisition team by executing various administrative and operational related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to provide an amazing candidate journey and be the expert in the organization’s hiring processes, procedures and tools. Responsibilities may include:

  • Act as the SunPower Brand Ambassador
  • Researching, sourcing, and approaching active and passive candidates
  • Finding efficient, effective, practical and creative ways to surface high quality, passive talent, including utilizing non-traditional sources like technical chat groups
  • Building and cultivating talent pipelines to support our technical hiring needs
  • Resume Screening
  • Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Managing candidate interview calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules
  • Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple business verticals
  • Liaising with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement:
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change
  • Move quickly and efficiently amongst competing roles and priorities

 

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting coordination and technical sourcing experience in a high-tech environment, including Software/Hardware/Firmware Engineers and Engineering talent
  • Must be creative, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them
  • Demonstrable track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work.
  • Ability to collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Ability to foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Experience with the use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams


Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, XMind, Visio, FlipSearche, Social Sourcing, etc.)
