SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

SunPower is seeking a talented Recruiting Operations Manager to enable the scaling of our recruiting team by developing and delivering the most efficient and effective processes to ensure that we achieve our growth goals. You will support our recruiters in delivering the best candidate experience. We are looking for a candidate passionate about data and reporting with a background in talent acquisition.

 

Our recruiting organization supports hiring across North America and we operate in a highly dynamic environment. You will plan the recruiting operations in partnership with the recruiters and the business. You will ensure that our recruiters, sourcers and coordinators have access to and knowledge of the tools and processes for successful outsomes. You will collaborate with finance, HR operations, HRIS, and the HR Business Partners.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

 

  • Planning and scaling recruiting operations
  • Responsible for the internal documentation of workflows and processes
  • Advanced use of recruiting and hiring analytics to position the recruiting team to make critical business decisions
  • Detect trends and insights and make recommendations to adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team
  • Develop a scalable capacity planning model; partner with Finance on headcount planning, capacity, tracking and requisition management
  • Recommend digital solutions to support the capacity planning modeling
  • Effectively project manage a portfolio of programs within the Talent Acquisition space
  • Translate data into a meaningful analysis and make data-driven recommendations, including hiring quality, candidate experience and cost per hire

 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum requirements

  • B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required. 3+ years’ experience, with at least 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal considerations, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Strong bias for action and an ability to deliver results quickly. Demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, credibility and a role model for others.
  • Flexible but tenacious. Able to understand and align with the business and deal with senior leaders.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands while maintaining calm demeanor. Must be conceptual, creative, and innovative, resilient, adaptable and flexible.
  • Proven project management skills and operational rigor.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a vision, develop a project plan, and drive to completion.
