Inside Sales Quality Assurance Specialist
As the Quality Assurance Special for Inside Sales, you will be critical to the success of the program by ensuring a great customer and SunPower dealer experience.

You will be responsible for reviewing, reporting, and providing feedback on customer interactions as well as helping to review refund requests for paid appointments with our dealers.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will have to fulfill the following duties:

  • Coach peers on simple issues to our Solar Advisor team to improve on the delivery of our appointments.
  • Identify more significant coaching opportunities to help our Solar Advisor team to improve on the delivery of our appointments and get the most out of tools
  • Provide assistance and mentoring of individuals through side by side coaching.
  • Monitor to ensure that processes are being followed.
  • Provide individual feedback to managers on training opportunities and identify trends.
  • Assist in the review and audit of sales calls for process, accuracy and overall customer experience.
  • Conducts daily policy audits.
  • Audits calls for compliance, works with the management team to provide coaching opportunities to the team.


Skills And Competencies

  • One year of quality assurance in a call center or one year as a Solar Advisor within SunPower.
  • Strong familiarity with SalesForce and telephony tools such as NICE InContact and Five9.
  • Excellent skill with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Interpersonal Skills – the ability to communicate effectively and act within a team environment.
  • Analytical skills – the ability to analyze data and trends effectively and advise effective rectification action
  • Knowledge of lead development and appointment setting a plus.
