Demand Generation Account Manager

 

 

This year we will generate over 100,000 leads. Roughly 25,000 of them (25%) will be converted into opportunities while the others (75%) never make it for different reasons. This person will be responsible for increasing the number of lead conversions out of those 100,000 leads from 25,000 to 30,000+ by:

  • Maintaining, improving and expanding our dealer coverage areas nationwide
  • Optimizing our lead funnel with effective nurture programs
  • Bringing new customer acquisition products to market  

 

This position will partner with business development, marketing and sales teams and report to the Director of Customer Acquisition.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in sales with a consistent track record of successfully selling products/services
  • Familiarity with the residential solar sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications

  • As a subject matter expert, contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to improve functional performance.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Postgraduate coursework is desirable
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
