The Candidate Sourcer provides support services to the Recruiting team by executing various administrative and operational related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to provide an amazing candidate journey and be the expert in the organization’s hiring processes, procedures and tools. Responsibilities may include:

  • Researching, sourcing, and approaching passive candidates
  • Resume Screening
  • Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement:
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change
  • Move quickly and efficiently amongst competing roles and priorities
  • Managing candidate interview Calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple business verticals.
  • Liaising with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Coordinating complex domestic travel/interview arrangements.
  • Ensuring the candidate experience represents the SunPower brand.
  • Managing a variety of additional tasks, which may include: travel & expense support, background investigations, onboarding, and other reporting as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Able to work 10 am-7 pm CT, Monday through Friday.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting coordination, sourcing, project coordination, event planning or admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers.
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work.
  • Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing partner concerns or business-critical situations.
  • Ability to collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Ability to foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Experience building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience with the use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a team-based environment

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
