The Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns will develop, execute and optimize customer acquisition marketing strategies across paid marketing channels including paid search, social media, display and email to drive rapid growth for SunPower’s ten international websites. We are looking for a self-motivated digital marketing expert able to thrive in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment. You are driven by data and passionate about efficiently acquiring customers at scale across our target customer segments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own digital campaign strategy and manage all digital channels to drive acquisition, conversion and awareness.
  • Build and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (display, search, email, webinar, etc.) to reach our target audiences and drive business results. WIll include boosting of social media posts on SunPower’s international channels and management of advertising campaigns on social platforms.
  • Understand the buyer’s journey and design campaigns that deliver the right content to the right persona at their specific stage in the buyer’s journey.
  • Present strategy, initiatives and campaign results to broad audiences.
  • Project-manage campaigns to ensure campaign elements are firing on time and on budget.
  • Maximize campaign ROI via rigorous tests and learn to optimize copy, creative and audience targeting.
  • Partner closely with the sales team and channel partners to manage lead distribution, follow up and measurement.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and report on marketing performance across all channels and campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Manage and report on digital campaign budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, particularly creative team, to create compelling content and optimize user experience.
  • Build processes to quickly identify shifts in performance and a plan for response
  • Identify and drive new channels and approaches to customer acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies and vendor partners, managing all priorities and deliverables across internal & external teams.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or other quantitative field; advanced degree or MBA a plus
  • Solid experience and knowledge of multi-channel consumer marketing strategies with an emphasis on direct response marketing
  • Proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth to drive new customer acquisition
  • Hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns
  • Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram advertising and scaling campaigns in a high growth environment
  • Proven collaborator with outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated acumen in Google Analytics, SFDC and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Hubspot
  • Ability to gain insights from data and translate those insights into actions for the broader team.
  • Full business English proficiency and fluency in one additional European language (German, Dutch, Italian, French or Spanish).
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills - especially when communicating complicated topics to a broad audience.
  • Experimental testing experiences such as A/B testing and optimizing campaigns: ability to build a strategy, test it & share results
  • Ability to work independently to drive results but with a strong team player & collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work comfortably across globally dispersed and diverse teams
  • Bonus points: Experience in solar industry and working with channel partners / resellers to drive sales
